discount will be provided to all vendors who provide their own tables, chairs
and tablecloths. Electricity is available on a limited basis. Please submit

for their own signage.

Sleeping Quarters
Dormitory Beds $45.00 per night per bed
Fee includes use of sheets and pillow case, 2 towels and a washcloth, BYOB
(Bring Your Own Blanket) access to shared kitchen and bathrooms and a complimentary
disposable pillow.
***The charge for cabins to be used for personal use only is based on head
count. Please contact New Hope Life Works for prices.
Vendor set up will commence at 9:00 AM on June 19th. A Vendor Appreciation
Night with activities, information sharing and entertainment will be provided
for all vendors and weekend visitors on Friday night from 7:00PM-11:00PM.
Presentations and programs for the general public will be held from 10:00-AM-12:00PM
and 1:00PM-6:00PM on Saturday and Sunday. We still have some openings for
children and teen focused programs as well as adult focused programs.
